Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JG Disability Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the ssdicaseblueprint.com website (the "Site") and any related services. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Site or use our services.

Use of Our Services

By using our Site and services, you represent and warrant that:

Services Provided

JG Disability Services provides non-attorney disability advocacy services, including but not limited to:

• Case strength reviews and pre-filing consultations
• Application and intake assistance
• Hearing preparation and representation support
• Appeals and denial recovery assistance
• Consulting services for law firms and other professionals

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service availability may vary by location and circumstances.

Fees and Payment

Fees for our services will be discussed and agreed upon during the consultation process. Payment terms and conditions will be outlined in separate service agreements. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, but changes will not affect services already contracted for.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software) are owned by JG Disability Services and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers
• Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Collect or harvest information about other users

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• That your use of the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That defects will be corrected
• The accuracy or completeness of information on the Site
• Any specific results or outcomes from using our services

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS: While we strive to provide excellent service, we cannot and do not guarantee approval of your disability claim or any specific outcome. Each case is unique and decided by the Social Security Administration.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JG DISABILITY SERVICES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE OR SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JG Disability Services and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which JG Disability Services operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Site after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
